Let’s rewind 8 years. I was launching my career at major companies like Carrefour, Coca-Cola, and Nestlé Waters Group, leading brand strategy and execution. That’s where I saw it firsthand: nothing drives change like inspired and engaged people - and how hard it can be to truly activate that potential.
Since 2022, I’ve been working as a strategist and hands-on consultant, combining communication and learning to fuel sustainable growth. I support my clients in defining and building their engagement strategy, company culture and employer branding.
Rooted in brand management principles - I use tools like collective intelligence, design thinking, and a holistic lens to spark human-centered action.
Over the years, I’ve collaborated with a wide range of organizations - from entrepreneurs, impact incubators and sustainable small businesses to NGOs, business schools, and large corporations. I thrive in cross-functional, multi-project and international environments.
And while my French accent hints at my origins, I consider myself a multicultural mosaic. Splitting my time between Spain and France, I am fluent in French, English and Spanish. Happy to collaborate in any of these languages.
